Cancellation & Refund Policy
Section 1 - Returns and Replacements
No products can be returned once purchased.
We offer a 7 day replacement policy from the date it has been delivered, for any manufacturing defects.
If your product is eligible for replacement, kindly email team@upforge.fit
Product must be with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Section 2 - Sale items
Any items on discounts or purchased during sales cannot be replaced.
Section 3 - Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@upforge.fit and generate a return request.
Section 4 - COD Orders
For all COD orders, customers will receive a confirmation call from Upforge Fitness.
Once confirmed, your order will be shipped.
For orders over Rs 25,000 Upforge Fitness. takes a Rs 2,000 Security Deposit, and for orders over Rs 45,000 Upforge Fitness takes a Rs 5,000 Security Deposit, which is refunded once your order is delivered and paid for by you.
The security deposit is not refundable incase of refusal/cancellation of an order once shipped.
Section 5 - Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained
once the Payment has been made.
Section 6 – Cancellations
Customers can cancel orders only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the products have been shipped, Upforge Fitness will charge a 10% cancellation fee of the cancelled order value.
Section 7 - Shipping & Delivery Policy
Upforge Fitness ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 4-8 business days of shipping (business days exclude Weekends and other holidays). At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Upforge Fitness is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Upforge Fitness continuously tries to avoid such instances. Also, Upforge Fitness reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
Section 8 - Commercial Equipment
We collect a deposit on commercial equipment.
Once the product is in stock, the customer has to pay the balance within 1 week post which the product will be shipped.
If the balance is not paid within 1 week, the customer will loose the deposit paid and it will be forfeited.
