1. Shipping Policy

At Upforge Fitness Pvt. Ltd., we take utmost care in delivering your fitness equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Dispatch & Delivery Time:
    Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation.
    Shipping timelines may range between 10–15 business days, depending on your delivery location, product size, and weight, as most of our items are heavy-duty fitness equipment.

  • Shipping Coverage:
    We proudly deliver PAN India through our trusted logistics partners, ensuring safe and reliable delivery of all products.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated based on the product dimensions, weight, and delivery destination. Final charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Tracking:
    Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

  • Delivery Delays:
    While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as logistics issues, strikes, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

  • Bulk/Commercial Orders:
    For bulk or institutional orders, customized shipping and delivery schedules can be arranged. Please contact our support team for assistance.


2. Exchange Policy

We value your trust in Upforge Fitness and stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    Exchanges are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or products damaged during transit.

  • Conditions for Exchange:

    • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at team@upforge.fit or by calling +91-9899919016.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice).

    • Customers are requested to share clear images or videos of the defective or damaged product and its packaging when reporting the issue.

    • Our team will inspect the returned item before approving the exchange.

  • Non-Eligible Cases:
    Exchanges will not be accepted for:

    • Minor cosmetic variations or damages caused after delivery.

    • Products that have been assembled, used, or altered post-delivery.

    • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Exchange Process:
    Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the defective product and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.
    Please note that replacement timelines may vary based on product availability and logistics coordination.
